Finlet Inc. (“Finlet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit finlet.ai (the “Site”) and join our waitlist.
Finlet is currently pre-launch. The Site provides information and allows individuals to join our waitlist. We do not currently provide banking services, issue payment cards, or open financial accounts through the Site.

The Site and waitlist are intended for parents and families and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we later offer products or services involving minors, we will obtain verifiable parental consent where required by law before collecting personal information from children under 13.
