Finlet is a financial technology company and not a bank. The Site does not provide banking services, open financial accounts, issue payment cards, or execute financial transactions.

If financial services are offered in the future, they will be provided by regulated financial institution partners.

  • Launch announcements

You may unsubscribe at any time.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any future product or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINLET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

FINLET’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in California.
